As of May 7th, 2019, UK gambling operators are required by regulations from the UK Gambling Commission to confirm each player's identity and confirm they are at least 18 years old before allowing them to play any games. This means that before granting you access to our games, we may need to ask for and review a photo ID in addition to verifying your name, address, and date of birth.  In this FAQ section, under the heading "How do I send in my ID?," you can find instructions on how to send your ID.

We are required to perform ongoing due diligence checks at some point during the lifetime of an account as part of our responsibilities under a license granted to us by the UK Gambling Commission.  

For security reasons or to confirm the specific information entered and the deposit methods used, we may ask players for more information.

Your winning payment will be processed via your preferred withdrawal method in 1 working day after we have received and approved your ID. The Banking Team reviews each withdrawal within one working day of the request. If no identification is needed, approved payments will be made using the withdrawal method you specified.

A failed login can occur for the following two reasons:

1. Your internet connection is unreliable or slow. This is most frequently the case when connecting through your network provider's connection in an area with subpar service. Retrying your login when you are connected to Wi-Fi is advised if you are unable to access your account because of your data connection.

2. It's possible that you gave your account the wrong information. You will see an incorrect password error message if your password is incorrect. Please use the "Forgot Password" button on the login screen if you have forgotten your password.

Downloading our apps and playing our games online are both free; the only thing you need to pay for is your wager. Depending on your service provider, you might be charged a small data fee if you download an app to your phone. We advise using Wi-Fi to access the internet or calling your service provider if you have questions about costs.

Our games are free to play in demo mode as long as you are 18 or older. To access demo mode, you must be logged into your account and have had your account verified as being over the age of 18.
